This equipment is developed for polar fleece series products. The early carding machine did not have a frequency conversion system, so the speed of the carding wheel was fixed, and the tension control during production was also only manually controlled. The processed products were very single and the efficiency is also very low. After a long period of research and improvement of the equipment, the current production speed of the carding machine jumped from 5m / min to 30m / min. The production capacity has been greatly improved, and the tension control has been increased from the original manual tension to the controller control, operation becomes more humane. This equipment is suitable for combing the fibers after raising, so that the fibers on the cloth can be cut into uniform length after the shearing operation, so that the polar fleece effect is uniform.
